Productivity Matters

Join Peer Works for a dynamic, cross-sector conference designed to help Scotland’s SMEs, social enterprises, charities, and public sector organisations work smarter, not harder. The sessions will explore how five interconnected drivers - marketing and communication, innovation and digital adoption, leadership and management, access to finance, and worker skills and wellbeing - can be harnessed for business success. You will leave inspired and with practical tools, real examples, and fresh ideas to help set your business up for the future and address current challenges. The event will be delivered in partnership with the Edinburgh Napier University, The Productivity Institute Scotland Forum and the University of Glasgow. 100% of in-person ticket sales will go to support Children’s Hospice Across Scotland.
