ESG Disclose is a UK-based sustainability disclosure technology company built on a single conviction: that the gap between regulatory obligation and organisational readiness is not a knowledge problem — it is an infrastructure problem. Most organisations facing mandatory ESG disclosure understand what they need to report. What they lack is the data architecture, the automated calculation engine and the audit trail that makes their disclosure defensible when an assurance provider examines it.

At the centre of the platform is the AI Carbon Calculator, developed in partnership with Eclipse Labs AI. What distinguishes it from the market is where the intelligence operates. Most carbon tools calculate correctly but accept whatever data the user enters — errors and estimates pass through unchecked and surface only at year-end. The ESG Disclose AI validates data at the point of entry, auto-populates the correct emission factor, flags anomalies before they are committed, and links every calculation to its source in real time. The result is an audit trail built continuously throughout the year rather than reconstructed under pressure at the end of it.

The platform covers full Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions across all 15 GHG Protocol categories, with both location-based and market-based Scope 2 calculated automatically as required by IFRS S2. EU passport functionality means a single data entry generates compliant outputs across UK TCFD, EU CSRD and Malaysian NSRF simultaneously — no duplication, no second system.

DisclosureOS extends the platform through to full regulatory disclosure. The IFRS S1 & S2 eLearning programme, led by Dr Bimal Roy Bhanu on the Neuroflix AI platform, builds the internal capability that makes the data defensible.

The founders of the business come from AI background and Compliance backgrounds. Having founded and sold two businesses – one to a private equity vehicle – we wanted to purse our passion of sustainability and AI as well as providing a platform for experts to share their research, knowledge and experience and hence ESG Disclose was born.
