WOW GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LTD, founded in 2014 in Glasgow, Scotland, began as a sales, marketing, and advertising company representing clients nationwide. With active sales offices in Carlisle covering Dumfries and Galloway, our early focus was on driving measurable results for clients through field sales campaigns, events, and direct customer engagement.

Over time, our ability to deliver strong growth positioned us as a trusted partner for businesses looking to scale. The Covid-19 pandemic accelerated a global digital shift, which reshaped both our business model and our mission. We transitioned from a traditional sales and marketing agency into a digital-first company focused on transformation, resilience, and the future of finance.

Our work began by building digital solutions for entrepreneurs and small businesses, helping them remain competitive in a rapidly evolving economy. Since then, WOW GLOBAL SOLUTIONS has grown into a company at the intersection of Web3, AI, and decentralisation technologies. We are actively building intelligent solutions that bridge the gap between Web2 and Web3, empowering SMEs and underserved communities with next-generation financial tools. This includes blockchain-enabled financial inclusion solutions, AI-driven business intelligence tools, and digital platforms that make enterprise-grade technology accessible to smaller organisations.

Today, we operate across Scotland, the UK, and Africa, with projects such as AFREECHAIN (a blockchain education and empowerment ecosystem) and AFREEGRI (an agri-tech initiative empowering Africa local farmers). We are also building AI Agents like AFREEBIZ and AFREEGUARD, which are designed to provide SMEs with AI-powered business support and cybersecurity resilience. Our mission is clear: to democratise access to digital transformation, enabling SMEs, entrepreneurs, and underserved communities to thrive in the next economy.

WOW GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LTD was born from resilience, necessity, and vision. After graduating with Distinction in Computer Science from the University of the West of Scotland (UWS) in 2009, I expected to begin a career in technology. Instead, the only opportunity I found was as a Sales Field Representative. With a newborn to care for, I accepted the role — a decision that unexpectedly shaped my future. What began as necessity became passion. I discovered a natural talent for sales and marketing, helping companies expand and strengthen their brands. Over time, I mastered leadership, business growth, and client strategy across multiple sectors.

In 2014, I founded WOW GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LTD in Glasgow. The name “WOW” captured my ambition to create solutions that inspire and empower small businesses globally. Initially focused on sales, marketing, and advertising, we represented clients nationwide, operating a field office in Carlisle serving Dumfries and Galloway. The Covid-19 pandemic became a defining moment. As small businesses struggled, I realised they needed more than visibility — they needed transformation.

We pivoted toward digital transformation, helping SMEs adopt online tools, streamline operations, and stay competitive in a changing economy. From this pivot, the vision expanded into building next-generation solutions at the intersection of Web3 and AI, giving birth to AFREE Labs – the innovation arm of WOW GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, o empower SMEs and underserved communities to thrive in the new economy. Our flagship initiatives include: • AfreeBiz Agent – an AI-powered business assistant for SMEs (WhatsApp-native, multilingual). • AfreeGuard AI – an AI safety and compliance layer with blockchain-powered auditability. • Market Zoom GPT – an institutional-grade on-chain analyst with real-time AI insights.

Armand BYAMHA Ngadou – Founder & CEO

Armand is a Computer Science graduate (Distinction, University of the West of Scotland, 2009) and an experienced entrepreneur with over 15 years in sales, marketing, and digital transformation.

He founded WOW GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LTD in 2014 to empower SMEs and underserved communities with innovative tools at the intersection of Web3, AI, and digital finance.

Armand is also the author of several books on blockchain and digital transformation, including Bitcoin Toast, The Psychology of DeFi, and AFREECHAIN (French edition) published on amazon.

He leads AFREE Labs, the innovation arm of WOW GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, which develops next-generation solutions across blockchain, AI, agri-tech, digital finance, and mental wellness — building a bridge between Web2 and Web3 to drive inclusion and intelligent transformation.

Chantal BYAMHA Ngadou – Director, Human Relations & Counselling

Chantal Byamha brings expertise in Human Relations and Counselling from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen.

She leads on people development, partnerships, and social impact initiatives across the WOW ecosystem. Alongside her work with WOWNESS Therapy, she co-leads AFREEMIND.ai, one of AFREE Labs’ flagship AI projects focused on mental wellness, therapy, and personal transformation through artificial intelligence.

Chantal’s leadership ensures WOW GLOBAL SOLUTIONS maintains a human-centred approach to innovation — where technology, empowerment, and wellbeing evolve together.
