We’re a fintech start-up that has developed a disruptive and truly unique answer to help both consumers and organisations dealing with problem debt – an underserved and rapidly growing market.

We have built an income & expenditure solution that simplifies this complex process using cutting edge conversational AI to deliver the experience and support of dealing with a human, but enables those in debt to avoid speaking to another person as this causes shame and is therefore something they avoid. The solution also has huge benefits for organisations dealing with those in debt as we can deliver a more consistent and efficient process, which captures deeper and better quality data, whilst saving them up to 90% of their agent costs.

Our product is live and we have onboarded our first paying customer.  We have a further signed contract and have commenced build with debt services organisation Pastdue Credit Solutions, and we have a further letter of intent for a paid pilot with a debt purchase organisation later this year.  We are also in advanced conversations with multiple other debt agencies, central government and utilities companies, as well as debt and homeless charities.
