SK Chase provide a complete voucher solution for luxury hotels and resorts worldwide, making it very easy for them to sell and manage their gift experiences and offers online via their own website.

Rethought and redesigned in 2018, digital voucher sites or ‘shops’ can be accessed through a venue’s own website, delivering a seamless customer experience, enabling luxury hotels to sell their selection of gift experiences and vouchers with ease. Made for any device, each responsive e-commerce gift voucher site is built to reflect each clients’ identity and voice. Hotels are able to offer a wide range of gift experiences across the numerous departments that they have available at their venue (overnight stay, dining, spa, golf, etc.), generating additional revenue, whilst showcasing and enhancing their brand.

Clients can manage all aspects of their gift voucher business with our easy to use management system. User friendly and efficient, it enables venues to create, manage, sell and track gift vouchers with ease, and it’s packed full of sales boosting tools that can be activated with just a few clicks, helping optimise gift voucher sales.  Hotels can monitor performance with their dashboard and/or reporting feature, making every day metrics easy to view at a glance. Our system also enables tracking of users’ behaviour into their own Google Analytics account (including Event Tracking & Google Ad Words) and Facebook Pixel integration.

We provide a gift voucher fulfilment service where we print, package and post all postal gift vouchers ordered from our clients’ digital voucher site on the day of purchase (if ordered before 12) and within 48 hours at the weekend. We also take care of any delivery-related customer queries, freeing hotel staff members from the day-to-day gift voucher administration. Evouchers are delivered instantly and staff can print vouchers internally – taking care of in-person sales.

SK Chase has developed and grown over the years and is now made up of 11 dedicated people, with its head office in Edinburgh. We’re passionate about gift vouchers, with our business meeting and exceeding the expectations of luxury hotels and we’ve developed our high level of service just for this niche market. SK Chase was founded in 2003 by Stephanie Wilson and Kaye Taylor (the S and the K of SK Chase!)

They initially met at the Townhouse Collection, a group of luxury boutique hotels in Scotland, where Kaye and Steph were Marketing Manager and Revenue Manager respectively. Both has a desire to be free to express themselves in the business world and start their own business and it was whilst on a training course in Belgium the idea and concept of SK Chase was born and the pair had enlisted each other as business partners.

With huge support from the Townhouse Collection (Peter Taylor, the Chairman, gave up his own office so that SK Chase could have some office space) Kaye and Steph incorporated the business in August 2003, spent the next year building their technology and began trading in June 2004.

Within three months, SK Chase had eight clients; they then got a huge break that really raised their profile and changed everything – they started working with Gleneagles Hotel.

SK Chase has evolved and developed over the years to be the company it is today, where it provides a digital gift voucher solution to over 300 four and five star luxury hotels and resorts, with the majority being in the UK, Europe, UAE, South Africa, USA. In 2017 around 266,000 gift vouchers were processed with a value of over £23 million.

Both SK Chase and the digital voucher market is ever changing – we are never dealing with something that is ‘fixed’ and part of the ethos as SK Chase recognises this without strategizing and planning what should be next  – it naturally occurs.
